Educators promote the implementation of rigorous, relevant, and engaging learning experiences through research-based, learner-centered strategies. They analyze student data to facilitate the continuous monitoring of learning.
STANDARD 3: DESIGN AND DELIVER EFFECTIVE PROFESSIONAL LEARNING Educators conduct needs assessments to identify relevant professional learning goals. They apply principles of adult learning and best practices to prepare and deliver appropriate, learner-centered professional learning. Educators conduct formal and informal program evaluations to measure professional learning programs on instructional practice.

Educators build a positive climate around the program by cultivating relationships, being a visible and engaged member of the school, considering climate when implementing initiatives and demonstrating ethical behavior.
